Morning Review

Daily briefing to start the day with focus.

Triggers

  • "morning"
  • "good morning"
  • "gm"

Steps

  1. Get today's date and day of week

  2. Check calendar (if available):

  3. gog calendar today for scheduled events
  4. Note any meetings, calls, or deadlines

  5. Review yesterday's daily note (if exists):

  6. Path: ~/notes/YYYY-MM-DD.md
  7. Look for incomplete items or carryover tasks

  8. Check for active priorities:

  9. Read ~/notes/CLAUDE.md for current focus areas
  10. Check ~/clawd/MEMORY.md for recent context
  11. If job hunting active: check ~/notes/Active Pipeline.md

  12. Check overnight OpenCode runs (if any):

  13. Look in ~/notes/opencode-runs/ for recent run directories
  14. Read summary.md from any runs in the last 24 hours
  15. Summarize findings: what ran, what succeeded/failed, key outputs

  16. Check TODO.md:

  17. Read ~/notes/TODO.md for pending tasks
  18. Display any unchecked items - [ ] prominently

  19. Weather check (optional):

  20. /hko for Hong Kong weather if going out

  21. Deliver a concise briefing:

  22. Today's date and day of week
  23. Scheduled events
  24. Top priorities / focus areas
  25. Any carryover from yesterday
  26. Keep it short — a quick summary, not a wall of text
