Overview
Claude can create and manage Microsoft Forms for surveys, quizzes, and data collection. Build forms with various question types, analyze responses, and share forms with respondents.

Setup
Configure via canifi-env:

Privacy & Authentication
Your credentials, your choice. Canifi LifeOS respects your privacy.
Option 1: Manual Browser Login (Recommended)
If you prefer not to share credentials with Claude Code:
1. Complete the Browser Automation Setup using CDP mode
2. Login to the service manually in the Playwright-controlled Chrome window
3. Claude will use your authenticated session without ever seeing your password
Option 2: Environment Variables
If you're comfortable sharing credentials, you can store them locally:
canifi-env set SERVICE_EMAIL "your-email"
canifi-env set SERVICE_PASSWORD "your-password"
Note: Credentials stored in canifi-env are only accessible locally on your machine and are never transmitted.

Claude: Opens form, checks responses.

Example 3: Create Quiz
User: "Make a quiz about company policies with 10 questions"
Claude: Creates quiz form, adds multiple choice questions
with correct answers and points.

Authentication Flow
- Claude navigates to forms.office.com via Playwright MCP
- Authenticates with MICROSOFT_EMAIL if needed
- Handles 2FA if prompted (notifies user via iMessage)
- Maintains session for Forms operations

- Login Failed: Retry 3 times, notify user via iMessage
