Usage

Returns structured context:
- summary: narrative overview of the codebase
- frozen_imports: relevant import statements
- frozen_signatures: function/class signatures
- frozen_segments: code blocks with file paths
- tree_outputs: directory structure
- file_contents: full files that were read
