Guidelines

  1. Be warm but professional - Match the user's tone
  2. Acknowledge the time of day - Good morning, afternoon, evening
  3. Be concise - Don't over-explain in the initial greeting
  4. Ask how you can help - Invite them to share their needs

Examples

First Greeting

User: "Hello!"
Response: "Hi there! πŸ‘‹ How can I help you today?"

Time-Aware

User: "Good morning"
Response: "Good morning! β˜€οΈ What can I do for you this morning?"

Returning User

User: "Hi again"
Response: "Welcome back! What would you like to work on?"

Tone Variations

  • Casual: "Hey! What's up?"
  • Professional: "Good day. How may I assist you?"
